The Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Grounds & Maintenance Attendant to join our team at our Port Hedland park on a casual basis. Reporting to the Park Manager, you will assist with repairs and maintenance to facilities, grounds maintenance, some renovation work and irrigation and waste management. 

What we are looking for

• Available to work a flexible roster including across weekends and public holidays
• Fit and energetic
• A great attitude and willingness to learn
• A focus on providing excellent customer service at all times
• Experience in accommodation or commercial maintenance including renovations
• Previous trade employment or handyman skills, plus gardening/grounds keeping knowledge (and you love doing it!)
• Pool maintenance experience would be advantageous
• Excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of correct manual handling techniques and WHS awareness.
• A current valid driver’s licence is essential.

The Role

Requires a strong Park Manager with experience in managing large accommodation properties. You will be a hands-on manager, who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service whilst achieving revenue targets, managing expenses and guiding the day to day work and development of a dedicated team.
