ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to the growth of the business, we are currently seeking an experienced TraineeAdministrator to join our project administration team in Port Hedland.
Reporting to the North West Region Administration Coordinator your duties will include:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Data entry
- Creating site files
- General ad hoc administration tasks as directed
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
This is an exciting full-time position working as an integral part of our project administration support team based in Port Hedland. This traineeship opportunity offers a 12-month training contract whereby you will undertake a Cert III in Business Administration whilst working within this busy admin role.
As an entry level administrator, you will be driven and motivated with a high attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be proactive and reliable and keen to develop further skills in the role. Additionally, you will have:
- a strong work ethic
- well organised and methodical
- excellent communication skills and phone manner
- experience using Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
