Hi there, We are looking for an awesome fun, easy going, kid loving person to come up to sunny Port Hedland to be our Aupair. We have three boys 4, 6 and 8 who are great down to earth, outdoor loving little guys. They love camping, crafts. cooking, swimming, motorbikes and would love a big sister.
We are hoping the right person would like to stay with us for 6 months and fuly explore this great region of WA. We do a lot of camping, socialising, fishing, 4WDing and have very flexible work rosters that allow for us to show you some amazing places. Broome, Karajini, Exmouth, 80 Mile Beach ..the list goes on.

We are very easy going people who like to cook fresh beautiful food, enjoy a wine, have a good laugh and spend lots of time outdoors. We live in a small but cosy home that we are rennovating and we have a small bus in our yard that is kitted out for chilling out in that is for our aupair. It has TV, WIFI, fridge, DVD, a queen bed, coffee machine, outdoor area and aircon. Just a great little space for someone in the garden to hang out if they want to do there own thing. We also have a small bedroom and bathroom in the house available too as we want to be family to you and welcome you in to our home to share meals and hang out.

We require someone who can start at the end of Febuary with a drivers license as you will have full use of a car to drive the boys around and to use at your convenience. The work roster is four days of helping with the kids and light housework, just cleaning up after the kids and then you have four days off. Every four weeks you get two full weeks off where you can go away on an adventure or hang out here with us. Regardless of time off you will receive your full weekly pocket money. This would suit someone looking to do extra work as there is a lot of casual work available in town.

The right person MUST love kids, be clean, tidy, happy, creative, love to cook and also be independent. Experience working with kids is essential and you must be prepared to not be in a big city. You must want to explore and engage with our awesome local community, respect and love the great out doors and contribute towards our little household to make it a calm and happy place.

Weekly pocket money is $300, full gym membership is provided, a car to use and we will be sure to take you on some great adventures to explore this great place. Look forward to talking to you if you think this sounds like a position you would like. Our current Au Pair from the Netherlands is loving her time in Port Hedland. She has had plenty of time to volunteer at the local Kangaroo Rescue feeding the babies, join the renowned Flat Back Turtle Monitoring Programme and also gran extra work around town. She would be happy to provide a reference for us and the area.
